Hosting and technical provision: Technical provision is handled through TNT-GbR as a technical service provider. TNT-GbR is the contracting party of the host and uses services provided by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. When pages are accessed, TNT-GbR and Mittwald may process technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type) in server log files. Thomas Hilburger remains the website operator, provider, person responsible for its content and controller under data protection law. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of this website).

Retention of server logs: According to Mittwald’s published standard information, IP addresses in access logs are stored in anonymised form and retained for 60 days. Details of any directory-protection user are anonymised after one day. Error logs may contain the accessing IP address and the requested page and are deleted after seven days.

Server-side web statistics: The GoAccess and AWStats services provided by Mittwald run in the hosting environment. They use no cookies and analyse only partially anonymised access logs. This may include referrers, requested pages, access frequency and visit duration. The purpose is to assess and improve the website and its usability; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. According to Mittwald, the resulting statistics are not combined with other personal data and are stored without a time limit.

The website code delivered to your browser does not use cookies, client-side tracking, client-side analytics services or web storage (e.g. no sessionStorage/localStorage). All fonts are served locally from our own server; no external services are called. Content from linked providers (e.g. hamburg.de) is only loaded when you click a link.

E-mail communication: If you contact us at kontakt@kleiner-grasbrook.net, your details are processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR). The message is technically received through TNT Digitalagentur GbR acting as a technical service provider and reseller, using services supplied by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. Mittwald forwards the message to a destination mailbox operated for TNT by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. This may involve the processing of sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, transmission and delivery data, and technical log data. Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out when communicating with senders or recipients outside the European Economic Area or when mail services located there are involved. Completed general enquiries are manually reviewed every quarter and deleted if the most recent related message is more than twelve months old. Data is retained for longer only where there is a specific follow-up, contractual, evidentiary or legal-defence need, or a statutory retention duty.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Hamburg: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HmbBfDI).
